Global Japan based pharmaceutical firm Takeda sought to encourage a new generation of leaders in its organisation, embedding these practices not just in the existing leadership, but at every level through the organisation, in all its employees. The organisation required an identity and applications to root these "Leadership Behaviours" in its staff which represented each quality individually and would work harmoniously together.
The solution was to develop the glyphs below, representing each behaviour. These harked back to the organisations roots, as well as elements used in other areas such as the architecture of their head office. The glyphs represent the emotion each behaviour generates simply, and recognisably, and can be used individually when discussing or presenting around a particular behaviour, or as an identifier for the broader Leadership Behaviours project.
